- Following the merger of the Chermontane and Sery-Laly alpine dairies, this cheese is made from raw milk from cows grazing around the Combins massif.
- With a production altitude of between 1700 and 2300 m, this mountain cheese has an unrivalled richness of flavour, representative of the unique terroir of Grand Entremont.
