Preserves raclette cheese from the heat in style

The cooling plate with aluminum alloy water circuit allows the raclette cheese to be cooled during a raclette over a wood fire, in order to preserve the cheese from the heat.
Indeed when you make a raclette over a wood fire, the cheese tends to become soft very quickly given the intense heat source of the fire. Keeping the main part of the raclette cheese cool on this plate constantly cooled by water, the cheese will keep its firmness and scraping will become child's play.

Solidity of the cooling plate must be ensured

Welds have been incorporated into the design of the cooling plates to make them stronger and more durable when exposed to high temperatures. The combustion of the wood takes place between 800 and 1,000°C, the wood decomposes and gives way to burning embers.

How to use the cooling plate?

It is enough simply to connect a simple garden hose on the water tap to one of the tips of the plate. The 2nd nozzle will allow the evacuation of the water which will have crossed the cooling plate. You must then place the plate at a certain distance from the fire, not too close, not too far so that the cheese can melt gently.
